OSU Student Housing
Bruner was the low bidder for the heating
installation for four buildings, two (2) smaller three-story
housing units and the two (2) larger five-story buildings,
to house graduate and professional students for The Ohio
State University. The project consisted of a power plant
(boilers and chillers) in the basement of the main building
from which hot and chilled water was supplied to the other
three buildings for the project through underground tunnels.
Heating and cooling was supplemented through the use of
257 fan coil units for resident’s rooms. We completed
this work on time, under budget and with zero punchlist
items. |
