Riverside Methodist Hospital

The Heart E/D project is Ohio Health’s latest addition to Riverside Hospital. The 214,000 square foot facility is the new home of the Hospitals Emergency Department and Cardiac Care Facility. A separate Medical Office Building totaling 82,000 square feet tops this facility. Bruner’s activities on the Heart E/D included all the HVAC work including sheet metal, hot water, steam and chilled water systems. We also installed all the domestic plumbing, storm drainage piping, and the piping for the medical gases. Activity on the Medical Office Building included providing the primary HVAC equipment and basic plumbing installation to be followed by subsequent tenant build out. Project was completed in May 2005.
