State Farm Data Processing Center

Bruner was selected as part of the design build team for a 35,000 sq. ft renovation to State Farm Insurance’s Regional Claims Processing Center. Bruner provided value engineering, constructability, capital and operating cost, serviceability, reliability, life cycle costing, material procurement, system efficiencies and resource availability. Phase 1 consisted of a 10,000 sq. ft data processing center, phase 2, the conversion of the old DP center to office space, and phase 3 the reconfiguring and re-piping of the existing (7) chiller mechanical room. All work was done on schedule & within budget.
