Project Spotlight

The Challenge:
Heating installation for four student-housing buildings
at The Ohio State University.
The Solution:
The project consisted of a power plant (boilers and chillers)
in the basement of the main building from which hot and
chilled water was supplied to the other three buildings
through underground tunnels. Heating and cooling was supplemented
through 257 fan coil units for resident’s rooms.
The Result:
Project was completed on time, under budget and with zero
punch-list items.
